Toxic Thyroid Nodule Case Report

CASE:

68 yo WM with difficulty with swallowing, constant clearing of throat with a large right upper 5.5 x 3.64 cm thyroid nodule. Biopsies benign. TSH 1.73  PMH: hernia, prostate cancer

METHODS:

RFA of right 29.6 ml nodule using moving shot technique and 29635 Joules of energy.
